Yogurt “Cone” Parfaits
Recipe (Yields 4 Servings)
|Ice Cream Cones, Wafer – multicolored if available||4 each|
|Greek Yogurt, flavor of choice||2 cups|
|Blueberries, Raspberries, sliced strawberries and/or bananas||1 pint each, 1 banana|
|Laura’s Gourmet Granola, Flavor of Choice||1 1/2 cups|
- Divide half the yogurt among 4 ice cream cones.
- Divide half the granola and sprinkle over yogurt.
- Divide half the berries and put over granola.
- Repeat with remaining yogurt, granola and berries in same order.
NOTE – Can also substitute yogurt with frozen yogurt, ice cream or frozen non-dairy treat of choice. Happy Summer Flavors!
