Frequently Asked Questions

Does Granola Expire?

The date on the label is there to inform you how long, approximately, the granola will retain the best quality. You will find the expiration date on the top of the back of the bag, next to our batch identifier.  If yours is past its date, check for signs of spoilage and if everything seems to be okay, it’s yours to eat.  You can also extend the shelf life by placing your bag into the freezer. We don’t suggest refrigerating it as this will hasten the end of its quoted shelf life.

Are all of your products Gluten Free?

Each of Laura's Gourmet Granola flavors is now Certified Gluten Free by GFCO, the leader in gluten free certifications.

More Information

What is the difference between Vegan and Vegatarian? I don't see any animal products on your ingredient list.

Honey is not considered a vegan ingredient due to the involvement of bees in its making. Agave, however, is a truly plant based ingredient with no animal involvement.

Did you know that every single ingredient in any Laura’s Gourmet Granola flavor is all natural. Not one of our flavors includes anything unnatural (also known as on the “boot list”), thus allowing your favorite retailer to offer us with a clear conscience.

How long will delivery take?

How secure is shopping on your online shop? Is my data protected?

Laura’s Gourmet Granola is built on Shopify which uses SSL to protect your data. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon receipt, your order is staged in our facility in Tempe, Arizona. A shipping label is created for UPS and a packing slip to confirm the items in your order. Orders are then picked up by UPS for processing.  A tracking number is sent to the email address placed with your order. Notifications are sent when the label has been created, if there is an issue with delivery, and once the delivery has been made.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Laura’s Gourmet Granola will generate a confirmation email and receipt sent to your inbox once you have placed your order. If you require something additional, please don’t hesitate to email us and we can send an additional invoice. A packing slip identifying the items you have ordered is shipped with your order.
