Chef Laura Slama, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Political Science and a minor in French, chef Laura a high-honors graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale Campus and founder of the Arizona-based Laura’s Gourmet Granola. When she’s not “Granola Girl” (no cape required), Chef Laura owns & operates Celebrated Cuisine creating elegant dining experiences and teaching gourmet cooking classes throughout the southwestern United States.
The energetic chef is also a mother of two, gym buff, the Le Cordon Blue Scottsdale Chapter Alumni President, and an Alumni Executive Leadership Board President. When asked which flavor she is, her response: “I can’t possibly choose. That’s like choosing a favorite child.” But if you twisted my arm, I'd have to say, "I'm peanut!"
